Blair Cramer is a popular and distinguished Tutor.

In each of the ten years commencing in 2003, Blair conducted yearlong courses in Chess, variously named Learning Chess, Learning Chess 1 & 2, and Chess Levels 1 & 2.

Additionally, during the same timeframe, he conducted six short courses based on Buddhist philosophy titled New Insights.

Blair has also generously given time to supporting U3A Melbourne City at the Carnival of Learning during Seniors Weeks, showcasing Chess with the public.

Blair is a committed member of the U3A Melbourne City Choir, providing considerable administrative support.

Based on this sustained and conspicuous level of contribution, Blair was strongly commended for the award of Life Membership of U3A Melbourne City, which was granted in 2012.
