Kai worked in IT and business systems consulting until 2012. In 2014 she joined U3A Melbourne City desperate to volunteer and undertake a philosophy course. She has volunteered in the office and the Admin Leadership team ever since and managed the implementation of the MyU3A membership and course management system. She has also attended many courses in that time.
