Suzanne Connelly (Member)

Starting out as a prescription bottle typist, Suzanne returned to study in her mid 20’s. Upon graduating she worked in publishing, communications, and marketing for the next 36 years.  While working at VTAC, she was one of a team of four who introduced the first online course application process in Australia and was responsible for creating a social media presence for VTAC. 

She has also volunteered for the Williamstown FC and was co-chair of the members fundraising group, volunteered at lifeline, AMES (committee member and chair) and taught ESL to women in the home and at the Maribyrnong Refugee Centre

Currently as one of the founding members of Sisters of the South and works as part of a team of four to raise funds for the Sydney Swans AFLW. In her spare time, she loves gardening, her family, her dog Ruby, camping and travelling AND following her beloved Swans.
