Don retired from the Banking and Finance industry in 2022 and joined U3A Melbourne in the same year to participate in the Tuesday Lets Do Cycling Group. An active volunteer as a director on the Board of the James Macready Bryan Foundation and a hands on volunteer at Fareshare, Don brings finance, risk and compliance experience to U3A along with governance skills enhanced via completion of GAICD also in 2022
