Eva joined U3A Melbourne City in 1988 and has been an active and hard-working contributor to all facets of the organization: as an office-bearer, committee member, tutor, office volunteer and administrator.

Over this period Eva was responsible for Ross House room bookings for U3A yearlong and short courses
Ross House Liaison
From late 2005 to 2007, Eva represented U3A on the Ross House Committee of Management and was a member of its Human Resources Sub-Committee. In 2007, she was also a member of the Executive Sub-Committee and convened the Finance Sub-Committee. In 2008, Eva was President of the Ross House Committee of Management (appointed November 2007). In these various roles, Eva acted in a liaison role with Ross House, represented our interests as a key tenant and reported back to the Committee on areas of interest and relevance.
Eva commenced as group leader of the Advanced Italian class in 2004 and has continued in this role until the present day.
Eva has had a key administrative role in the office in relation to the volunteering roster, procedures, enrolments, and training of new volunteers.
For her distinguished and sustained contribution to U3A Melbourne City, Eva was commended and awarded Life Membership in 2009
