Awarded 2008

Alan was nominated for his dedicated volunteer contribution to U3A City as a Committee member and tutor.

Alan was an active Committee member for 12 years (1996-2007), holding the position of Treasure for 11 of those years. His contribution in safeguarding the funds of the organisation during this time are clearly remembered and valued.

His willing contribution as a tutor is further acknowledged.

On the basis of his sustained and outstanding volunteer contribution, Alan was awarded Life Membership of U3A City in 2008.
