Sri Lanka’s cultural triangle is awash with UNESCO World Heritage sites. Sharon and husband Gregg begin their tour at the ancient capital of Anuradhapura,  on to the extraordinary Sigiriya Rock Fortress and then south to the sacred but thriving city of Kandy. The Tea Trails plantation area in the hills provides a cool respite from the heat as does the beach in the historical coast town of Galle.
