Deirdre Lander (Member)

Deirdre has had extensive Australian and Asian experience as a management consultant, corporate executive and academic, helping global organisations implement their business strategy though effective talent management.

Segueing back to Melbourne from Hong Kong during the covid pandemic, U3A Melbourne City was integral to her establishing a portfolio career and social connections.

Since late 2024, Deirdre has volunteered to manage U3A Melbourne City’s quality assurance program, headlined by the member satisfaction feedback surveys.  Deirdre is also an avid U3A ‘Let’s Do Cycling and ‘Let’s Do Pickleball’ participant.
