How to Renew
Online via PayPal (preferred option)
- Read the MyU3A instructions carefully if you are not already familiar with the system.
- Log in to the MyU3A Portal using your member ID and password.*
- Have your debit/credit card or PayPal details handy to complete the payment section.
- Once you have renewed, you may need to login again in order to enrol in classes and webinars.
If you do not know your member ID or password, select the “Forgot Password/ID” button and enter your email address. You will receive an email reply. If you cannot find the reply, check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from .
Via Credit Card (in person or over the phone)
- Call the office on (03) 9639 5209 and provide your credit card details over the phone to an office volunteer (debit cards can be used in person only in the office).
- Office Volunteers are on duty Mondays thru Fridays 11 am – 2 pm except for school holidays.
- No card details are entered into any database or retained in any way. The details are entered directly into the EFTPOS terminal like you see in any retail outlet.
- Payment confirmation will be emailed to you.
Via Cheque (in person or by post)
- Make your cheque payable to U3A Melbourne City Inc.
- Post to PO Box 24149, 111 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3001.
